Terms of use for this website

This site is run by Best Boston Builders Kitchen Remodeling, based in Stoneham, Massachusetts. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is for

The site describes our kitchen work and helps you request a free estimate. Please give accurate details in the request form, including your town and what you want to change.

Estimates are not quotes

A free estimate is our best view of what the work you describe may cost. It is not a quote, an offer or a contract. The final price is set only in a written contract that we both sign. Older houses can hide problems behind walls, and these can change a price.

Price ranges on this site

Ranges on our kitchen remodel cost guide come from published local figures. They are a guide, not a promise of what your kitchen will cost. Ask what any price includes, such as appliances, permits, lead-safe work and electrical upgrades.

Content and links

The text and images on this site belong to the business or are used with permission. Photos may be illustrative and do not show specific past jobs. You may not copy the content for commercial use without asking us first.

Limits

We take care to keep the site accurate, but we cannot promise it is always complete or current. We are not responsible for loss that comes from relying on the site alone instead of a written contract.

Your information

How we handle the details you send is explained in our privacy policy.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms, and the version on this page applies when you use the site. To ask about them, send a message through the free estimate form.
